How Does Remote Service Work?

We provide remote support for computer systems via what's called remote control. A high-speed internet conection is required. We will provide you with instructions on how to allow us to remotely connect to your computer.

Once connected we will have access to control your computer's mouse and keyboard. We aill also be able to see what's displayed on your computer screen. So, we will be able to work on your computer as if we are physically at your computer. This reduces our cost to provide service and the cost of those services to you.
